How our pricing works: $89 diagnostic fee, waived when you book the repair. Every job is quoted flat-rate in writing before a tool comes out of the truck — if it takes longer than we estimated, that's our problem, not your invoice.

Replacements and installs are quoted free, on site. Repairs carry an $89 diagnostic fee because finding the problem is the actual work — and it's waived the moment you book the repair with us.
Our county-wide average is 38 minutes, day or night. Call the main line and a real person picks up — we don't use an answering service that takes a message and calls you back in the morning.
Licensed contractor #PL-40217, carrying $2M in liability coverage. Every technician is background-checked and works under our licence — we don't subcontract to whoever's free that day.
You pay the quoted number. Flat-rate means we absorb the difference when a job runs long — the only time the price changes is if you ask us to do additional work, and that gets its own written quote first.
Yes — on anything over $2,000, with terms from 12 to 60 months. Approval takes about ten minutes at the kitchen table, and there's no penalty for paying it out early.
Saturdays run on regular scheduling, 7am to 8pm. Sundays are emergency dispatch only. There's no after-hours surcharge on the call-out — nights and weekends are priced the same as a Tuesday afternoon.
